Focaccia

A flat leavened oven-baked Italian bread. Fluffy, crusted and full of flavour. Topped with sea salt flakes and homegrown rosemary.

Focaccia may be served as a side dish or as sandwich bread.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, salt, water, yeast, olive oil, home-grown rosemary.
